A full-arch bridge on implants has to be strong, light and precise. Titanium gives us all three. The titanium framework is milled to fit your implants very accurately, and it is strong enough to handle chewing forces. Over that framework we add the teeth and gums, which gives a natural look and a slight cushioning effect when you bite. It's a proven combination that is comfortable to live with and can be maintained over time.

The secret is in the gum, not only the teeth. Where the tooth meets the gum is where implant work often looks artificial. We plan the shape of the gum part, its colour and the point where each tooth emerges, so it follows a natural line. We also make sure the teeth are the right length for your lips and face. When it's right, nobody can tell where the gum ends and the bridge begins.

Not if we plan them for you. Very white, perfectly identical teeth are what make a smile look fake. We choose a shade that suits your skin and your age, and we give the teeth natural shapes and slight differences, just like real teeth. You see your new teeth during the try-ins and can tell us if you want them lighter, darker, longer or shorter before anything is final.

New teeth change more than your smile. They support your lips and cheeks, and they affect how you say certain sounds. During the try-ins we ask you to speak, smile and say specific words, and we watch how your lips sit. If something sounds or feels off, we adjust the position or thickness of the teeth. Most patients get used to their new teeth within a few days.

Yes, that's one of the biggest changes our patients notice. Implant teeth are fixed in place, so you can bite and chew with confidence. In the first days we recommend softer foods while your mouth adjusts. After that, most people return to a normal diet. I just advise common sense with very hard things like ice or bones, the same as I would for natural teeth.

Daily care is simple but important. You brush twice a day, and you clean under the bridge with a water flosser or special brushes, because that's where food collects. We'll show you exactly how before you go home. Then we see you for regular check-ups, either in person or by video and photos, so we can keep your implants and gums healthy for the long term.
